Affiliate links and products I own
SwingCodeLab may earn compensation from some links, and it also covers products made by its publisher. Those relationships should be visible before they influence a decision.
How affiliate links work
Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you click one and later purchase, subscribe, or complete another qualifying action, SwingCodeLab may receive a commission or other compensation. Programs set their own attribution rules and can change them over time.
When a partner confirms that using an affiliate link does not change the buyer's price, SwingCodeLab may say so. That should not be assumed for every program; pricing, eligibility, and discounts remain subject to the partner's current terms.
Where disclosures appear
A concise disclosure is placed near a relevant recommendation or affiliate link, not hidden only on this page. Qualifying affiliate links are also marked as sponsored in the page markup.
Products owned by the publisher
MarginDeck and SnapQuizX are made and owned by Junhua Jin, who publishes SwingCodeLab. Coverage or recommendations of either product involve that ownership relationship, even when no affiliate commission is paid.
Free, discounted, or review access
A company may sometimes provide a product free, at a discount, or through reviewer access. If that happens, the relationship is disclosed in the relevant content. Provided access does not guarantee positive coverage.
Recommendation standard
A commission does not qualify a product for coverage. SwingCodeLab only recommends products after real testing and aims to explain the use case, limitations, and material assumptions behind the recommendation.
Affiliate relationships help support the site, but Junhua Jin retains editorial control over what is tested, included, and concluded.
